There is a display of various sofa shapes and colours and a preview of our new Cozmo Cozy Armchair.

1. Can I amend or cancel my order?

Yes – simply contact us at hello@cozmo.sg with your order details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. 

2. Can I change the delivery address after I’ve placed my order?

Yes – contact us at hello@cozmo.sg as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
If your order is already out for delivery, there will be an additional delivery cost.

1. Can I track my delivery

Our delivery team will contact you via email and send you an automated Whatsapp message the day before the delivery with a two-hour delivery time slot, and a call 30 minutes before arrival so you’re always up to date on your delivery.

2. Can I choose my delivery date?

The first available delivery date will be pre-selected by our system when you order. You can, however, choose the date that suits you best by contacting us at hello@cozmo.sg to re-schedule the delivery and we'll try accommodating your request.

3. What happens if I'm not at home when my delivery arrives?

You'll receive a Whatsapp notification with a two-hour time slot prior to delivery and a call 30 minutes before arrival. If you're not in when the delivery team arrives, we will contact you to rearrange your delivery. This will have an SGD 99 additional delivery cost.

1. Does my sofa come with a guarantee?

Yes. Made from FSC-certified wood and subjected to UK regulatory strength tests, Cozmo sofa frames come with a 15-year guarantee. Most of our sofa jackets are made from durable fabrics that are treated with FibreGuard, making them stain resistant and easy to clean.

3. Are your sofas comfortable?

Cozmo sofas are extremely comfortable.

Our combination of high-density foam, memory foam combined with feather guarantees a long, comfortable sit. If, however, you’re unhappy with your sofa, please contact us at hello@cozmo.sg – don’t forget your sofa comes with a 30-day returns policy.

4. Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are designed in the UK, manufactured in China, and are handmade to the highest standards at a specialist factory by experienced upholsterers who are passionate about quality.

5. How do I order replacement parts?

Our sofas are made from premium-quality materials and components, so we hope you won’t have any problems, but if you do, please contact us at hello@cozmo.sg and we'll resolve the issue.

6. How big are your ‘small’ boxes and how heavy are they?

Our boxes vary in size and weight but are designed to fit easily through doorways, up stairs and into lifts.

We recommend 2 people to lift the bigger boxes.

8.Where can I find the dimensions of your sofas?

Simply scroll down to the bottom of the sofa page you’re interested in and you’ll find all necessary dimensions there.

1. There’s a problem with my sofa, what should I do?

Don’t worry – contact us at hello@cozmo.sg with your order number and as much information about the nature of the problem, together with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve your query speedily.

2. Can I exchange my sofa for a different one?

Yes, you can exchange one sofa for another within 30 days from delivery, subject to stock availability.

Contact us at hello@cozmo.sg, providing your order number and why you want to return it, then add the details of the sofa you’d like to replace it with. We’ll then collect and check your original sofa and dispatch the new one.

If there’s a difference in price, we’ll either refund the difference or request additional payment if the new sofa is more expensive.

Please note, you will need to repackage the unwanted sofa in its original packaging. If you no longer have this, you will be charged SGD 99 for repackaging.

3. How do I return an item?

Returning an item is easy and straightforward.

Simply contact us at hello@cozmo.sg, providing your order number and why you want to return your sofa, and we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for collecting the item.

We’ll ask you to repack the item in its original packaging. If you no longer have this, we can provide new boxes, but this will incur a fee of SGD 99.

Once your item has been checked by our returns team, the cost of your order will be refunded, minus any fees.

4. I’ve returned an item – when will I receive my refund?

You should receive your refund within 10 working days. This includes the time it takes for your item to be collected and returned to our warehouse and checked.
